Jason Lalk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Founding Member at TRIBE HQ and CEO/Founder at Remote Growth Partners, Lalk specializes in providing offshore talent solutions. As a Limited Partner at CoFound Partners and Debut Capital, Lalk supports early-stage ventures to develop repeatable sales processes. Past roles include Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Formative Search Partners, where Jason contributed to building teams for over 800 global companies, and Vice President of Sales at Bindo, achieving significant revenue growth. Early career experiences included accounting positions at KPMG and the New York Jets. Lalk holds a B.S. in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Montclair State University.
