Molly Gallant

Molly Gallant started her career at Wendy Machanik Properties as an Estate Agent then moved on to join Ryden International Property Consultants in 1996. In 2000 Molly acquired an interest in Ryden and became a co-owner. She is a commercial property specialist in Facilities Management, Property Management, Infrastructure Development, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Property Development, Property Development Consulting, Leasing Management and Audits, Lease Compliance, Occupancy Compliance, Property and Facilities Management Budgets, Development and Review of the Corporate Real Estate Strategies, Formulation and Implements of Property Business Plans, Facilities Risk Assessment and Management, Disaster Assessment and Management, Portfolio Performance Analysis and Measurement, Human Capital Management and Development, Land Use Management, Management of Property Disposals and Acquisitions Processes, Development of Property Policies, Procedure, and Guidelines, Real Estate Cost Management, Management of the Asset Register, Financial Reporting, Property Research, and Analysis. She is a co-owner of the property Development Company; Zabasi Properties and Mogal Property Holdings; and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Total Facilities Management Company (TFMC), now Bidvest Facilities Management. She serves as a member of the Property Sector Charter Board and Council, SAPOA Sectional Title Committee, on the National Department of Public Works Land Affairs Board, and SAPOA Office Vacancy Committee. She is a founding and executive member of the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) and the Association of Women in Property (AWIP).
