Chad Castruita

Chad Castruita has extensive work experience as a founder, CEO, and expert in virtual labor. Chad is currently the Founder & CEO of Care Solace since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of RemoteReps (formerly CC Capital Group) starting from December 2012. At RemoteReps, they successfully recruited, hired, managed, and placed virtual agents for over 103 US clients across 50 different industries.

Chad Castruita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona. Chad also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California, specializing in the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
