Pablo Cassorla has been working in various roles since 2008. Pablo began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Supply Chain Intern at Kimberly-Clark, and as a Project Intern at BHP Billiton. In 2010, they became a New Business Developer at Finning South America. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Ministerio de Salud, first as a Financial and Management Officer, then as Head of Financial and Management Studies. In 2014, they were a Research Assistant at the Center for Life Cycle Analysis at Columbia University. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an R&D at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Remote Waters, where they provide water purification systems with low O&M and fast installation for remote communities with limited access to potable water.
Pablo Cassorla obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (CL) between 2006 and 2010. Pablo then completed a Management Control & Strategy program from Universidad de Chile between 2013 and 2014. In 2014, they completed an International Leaders Program from International House in the City of New York. Pablo then obtained a Master's Degree in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia Engineering between 2014 and 2016. Pablo has also obtained two additional certifications: Visualizing Geospatial Data with Power Map in Excel from LinkedIn in June 2018, and the Innovation Corps Program from the National Science Foundation (NSF) in September 2017.
