Erika Cramer is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on CRM and lifecycle marketing. Currently serving as a Manager at Remote since February 2021, Erika previously held multiple roles at Reed Exhibitions from November 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team to enhance customer experiences and implementing best practices in campaign management.
