Isabel Candoso

Isabel Candoso is a seasoned professional in customer experience and workforce management, currently serving as Senior CX Workforce Manager at Remote since April 2022. Previously, Isabel held various managerial roles at Teleperformance Portugal from September 2012 to April 2022, including WFM Manager, Scheduling Manager, and Operational Researcher, where the focus was on MIP formulations for integrated shift scheduling. Isabel holds a Master's Degree in Statistics and Operations Research and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, both obtained from the Faculty of Sciences University of Lisbon, alongside a High School diploma in Science and Technology from Escola Secundária de Gago Coutinho.
