Lars Boom

Lars Boom serves as Manager Sales for Benelux at Remote since August 2024 and is also the Founder of Growth Support since June 2023. Previously, Lars held the position of Head of Growth (a.i.) at Settly, where responsibilities included leading the Sales, Sales Operations, and Partnerships team. From February 2020 to April 2023, Lars was the Country Manager Benelux at Personio, tasked with establishing commercial operations and executing the Go-To-Market strategy in the region. Lars has extensive experience at LinkedIn as an Enterprise Account Director and previously as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, earning the Super Club Award for top global performance. Additional roles include Enterprise Account Manager at Circle8 Total Talent Flow, Director of Marketing & Sales at iGolfinstructor, Co-Founder of iDashboard, and Sales Consultant at Telman & Van Leeuwen Makelaars. Lars holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and MBO sprint in Marketing & Commerce from ROC Midden Nederland.
