Erica Ludeman has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Erica began their career as an Early Returns Agent for Frontier Airlines in 2013. In 2017, they moved to OpenTable where they worked as a Tier 1 Support. The following year, they joined eBags as a Customer Service Representative. Since 2019, Erica has been employed at RemoteLock, where they serve as both a Software Quality Assurance and Tier 3 Support.
