Raquel Tavares

Raquel Tavares has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Líder funcional y Operaciones at Grupo LTO since November 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating organizational needs with clients and overseeing product development. As Country Manager at RSV Outsourcing since October 2019, Raquel represents the company in Venezuela, coordinating operations to ensure quality service for clients in e-commerce across Spain. Previously, roles included Gerente Desarrollo Organizacional y Operaciones at CR SISTEMAS, Gerente Recursos Humanos at Tarjetas y Transacciones en Red TRANRED, and Gerente de Gestión de Talento Humano at Consorcio Credicard, among others.
