Jo Kelton

Jo Kelton has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Starting in 2000, Jo worked as a Sports Physiotherapist for the Sydney Olympic Games. From there, Jo transitioned to a role as an Allied Health Director at LifeCare Health from 2001 to 2004, followed by a position as a Director at Ergoworks Physiotherapy and Consulting from 2004 to 2006. Jo then worked as a Director at Ifizz Consulting from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Jo joined IAG as a Health Recovery Consultant, a role that lasted until 2011. From 2009 to 2012, Jo served as Corporate Health at Corporate Health.

In 2011, Jo started working at Bupa Australia & New Zealand. Initially as a Consultant, Jo quickly advanced to become the Practice Development Team Leader in 2012. From 2014 to 2017, Jo held various managerial roles, including Business Improvement Project Manager, Manager - Major Projects, and Group Manager - Projects and Partnerships. During this time, Jo played a crucial role in launching the Bupa Dental brand and oversaw its growth and development. Jo also spearheaded the launch of an exclusive patient finance plan for Bupa Dental Corporation clinics in Australia. Jo's work at Bupa ended in 2017 as the Value Proposition Experience Lead.

After Bupa, Jo joined Normanby Capital in 2018 as part of the Strategy and Business Development team, where Jo worked until mid-2019. Jo is currently employed as the COO at Removery, LLC, starting in June 2019.

Jo Kelton attended the University of South Australia from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in B.App.Sc. in the field of Physiotherapy. Following this, from 1999 to 2000, Jo pursued further education at Curtin University and completed a Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree. Lastly, from 2008 to 2011, Jo enrolled at Deakin University and completed an MBA with a focus on Business Administration.
