Paulina Paleo MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Paulina started their career at TCF Bank as a Bank Teller in 2010 and later became a Branch Supervisor. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek. The following year, they joined Dollar Tree Stores as an Assistant HR Manager. In 2016, they worked at Transplace, first as an HR Generalist and later as an HR Business Partner. Paulina then moved on to a role as a Human Resources Manager at SkinCure Oncology in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Paulina served as a Human Resources Director at NuMark Credit Union. In 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources and Culture at Kenway Consulting. Next, in 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo before joining Xcite Automotive as the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting. Most recently, Paulina has held the position of Human Resources Director at REMPREX, LLC starting in 2023.

Paulina Paleo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lewis University. Paulina also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology from the same institution. In addition, they are a certified professional in human resource management (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, which they obtained in June 2016.
