Adam B. Heinz MBA, NRP has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple organizations and roles. Adam started their career in 2002 as a Paramedic at REMSA Health. Throughout their time at REMSA Health, Adam held various positions including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Director of Clinical Communications & Clinical Standards and Practices, and Clinical Development Manager. Adam also served as a Board Member at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Additionally, Adam held the role of Vice Chair - Professional Standards Committee at the American Ambulance Association. Prior to their work in the healthcare industry, they served as a Deputy Sheriff (Reserve) at Carson City, Nevada.

Adam B. Heinz MBA, NRP completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, spanning from 2000 to 2014. In 2004, they obtained a certification in Emergency Medical Dispatcher from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Later, in 2007, they achieved the National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Adam then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Health/Healthcare Administration/Management from Western Governors University, which they accomplished between 2019 and 2020.
