Deborah Kotrady

Deborah Kotrady has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Deborah began their career at Dartmouth-Hitchcock as a Primary Charge Nurse from 1989 to 1995. Deborah then worked at Primary Children's Medical Center as an Emergency Department Staff Nurse in 1996. Deborah also worked at the Center for Medical Innovation - University of Utah in the Emergency Department/AirMed from 1996 to 1999. Deborah joined Middlesex Hospital Alliance in 2000, where they served as an Emergency Department Nurse Manager until 2002, and then as a Critical Care Nurse in the Coronary and Medical Intensive Care Unit from 2002 to 2005. Deborah was also the Co-Director of the Case Management Unit at IRMA from 2005 to 2006. Deborah then joined Yale New Haven Hospital, where they held various roles including Pediatric Emergency Charge Nurse from 2013 to 2018. Deborah's most recent position was at REMSA, where they served as the Director of Clinical Educational Services & Quality Improvement since 2018.

Deborah Kotrady completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Lincoln University from 2017 to 2018.
