Neal Cleaves

Neal Cleaves, CET, has accumulated substantial experience in IT and network administration, beginning as a Network Administrator at Pyramid Corporation from 2006 to 2010, where contributions included network expansion, security, and ERP implementation. At TELUS, between 2010 and 2013, Neal advanced from Design Specialist II to Senior Data Architect, overseeing Microsoft’s Mediaroom IPTV deployments and leading cross-functional teams while managing six direct reports. Currently, as a Senior System Administrator at Remsoft since December 2025, Neal focuses on the architecture, security, and optimization of IT infrastructure within Azure cloud environments. Neal is enhancing competencies further through an MBA in Business Analytics at Carleton University, expected to be completed in 2027.
