Jaimie Lemieux

Jaimie Lemieux has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. They started their career at Charter Communications as a Retention Specialist, where they handled customer calls and addressed technical and billing inquiries. Later, they joined U.S. Cellular as a Retail Wireless Consultant, working with both consumer and business accounts. Following this, Jaimie joined Sprint as a Wireless Consultant and then moved to Flyway Signs & Lighting as a Client Account Specialist. In 2015, they founded Darkcraft Games, where they led a small team in building 2D games and were responsible for technical documentation and creative direction. Currently, Jaimie works at Thrivent as a Lead IT Business Systems Analyst, primarily providing support for over 250 applications and processes. They have also played a crucial role in creating onboarding documentation for the team. Overall, Jaimie's extensive experience in customer service, technology, and project management positions them as a versatile and skilled professional.

Jaimie Lemieux has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, which was completed between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, Jaimie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Game and Simulation Programming from Rasmussen University, spanning from 2013 to 2017. Furthermore, Jaimie holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2022.
