Debendra Kumar Panda has extensive work experience in finance and management. Debendra Kumar has held senior roles in various companies, including REMSONS Ind Ltd, LIBERTY Steel Group, Caparo Engineering India Ltd, Teva API India Limited, Minda SAI Limited, DONALDSON INDIA FILTER SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, AMIRA PURE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, and TCI Group.

In their most recent role as Chief Financial Officer at REMSONS Ind Ltd, they were responsible for spearheading the Group Finance Function and managing various financial activities such as monthly closing, budgeting, MIS reporting, investor relations, and strategic business support.

Following this, they pursued further education in Financial & Cost Management at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, obtaining the degree of FCMA from 1990 to 1993.
