Jitender Kumar

JITENDER KUMAR has had a diverse work experience in various HR roles. JITENDER started as an HR Trainee at Pricol Limited in 2009, where they primarily focused on recruitment activities. JITENDER then moved on to TVS Eurogrip, where they worked as an HR Executive from 2009 to 2012. After that, they joined Autoliv as a Plant HR from 2012 to 2014. JITENDER then became the Section HR Head at Rockman Industries Ltd. from 2014 to 2017. Later, they worked as an HR Manager at Trinity Touch from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Plant HR Head at REMSONS Ind Ltd. starting from September 2020.

Jitender Kumar's education history begins with their schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) from 1995 to 2002. After completing their schooling, they pursued a diploma in Computer Application from NCPUL (Govt. of India) and a diploma in Web Centric from NIIT Institute, both in 2002-2003.

In 2003, Jitender enrolled at Annamalai University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2006, specializing in Business Administration and Management. JITENDER furthered their education by pursuing an MBA in HR from JK Business School from 2007 to 2009.

Continuing their education in the field of HR, Jitender completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR from Guru Jambheshwar University in 2011. After a few years, they returned to academia to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Rajasthan, specializing in Law from 2014 to 2017.

Lastly, in 2017-2018, Jitender attended the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, where they completed a Management Development Program (MDP) in HR Analytics.
