Deb Burger is a seasoned recruitment and coaching professional with extensive experience in various industries, including technology, healthcare, accounting, and hospitality. As the owner of Trifecta Executive Placement & Coaching from 2013 to 2018, Deb conducted full-desk recruiting and coached executive-level professionals and teams. Previous roles included Business Development Executive and Lead Talent Acquisition at Addressers, Inc., and Owner/Director of Talent Acquisition & Business Development at The Restaurant Talent Group, where efforts focused on nationwide staffing for restaurant brands. Subsequent positions involved talent acquisition leadership at Link Staffing Services and Richard, Wayne & Roberts, with a recent focus on career coaching for the GenX demographic. Currently, Deb pursues a Master's degree in Social & Clinical Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University while serving as a Professional Recruiter at RemX.
