Shawn Pallagi

Shawn Pallagi has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning over several reputable companies. Shawn retired as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Superior Industries in 2020, after holding the position since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Remy International from 2016 to 2020. From 2011 to 2015, they held various roles at Remy International, including Vice President of Human Resources. Shawn also founded and served as the President of Shawn J Pallagi Consulting LLC in 2011. Before that, they worked at General Motors, where they held executive and director positions in human resources from 1998 to 2010. Shawn began their career at Packard Electric, serving in various roles from 1991 to 1998, including Director of Labor Relations.

Shawn Pallagi earned a BBA in Management from Western Michigan University from 1975 to 1978. In 2004, they attended GMU for Senior Leadership Development, and in 2002, they participated in the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan.
