Rodrigo Hervás Santa-Cruz

Rodrigo Hervás Santa-Cruz has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate development. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Head of Finance and Corporate Development at REMY Robotics since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Meridia Capital from January 2016 to April 2020 as part of the Private Equity (M&A) team. In this role, they led transactions due diligence and implemented strategic projects in portfolio companies to enhance performance.

Before joining Meridia Capital, Rodrigo worked at PwC Transaction Services from July 2015 to November 2015 as a Manager in Transaction Services. In this position, they led financial due diligence projects for clients from various sectors. Rodrigo also managed teams and presented results to the firm's Board of Directors.

Rodrigo started their career at PwC Transaction Services as an Analyst in September 2010 and was promoted to Senior Consultant in July 2012. During this time, they gained extensive knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and IFRS while reviewing clients' financial statements and validating accounting procedures.

Before joining PwC, Rodrigo worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at ING for a brief period from February 2010 to July 2010. Rodrigo also had a student internship at Bluecap Management Consulting from December 2008 to July 2009, where they gained valuable experience.

Rodrigo Hervás Santa-Cruz began their education in 2005 at Esade, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Finance. Rodrigo completed this program in 2009. In 2008, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science's Summer School, where they studied Financial Markets.

In 2009, Rodrigo embarked on an international exchange program at the National University of Singapore, deepening their knowledge in Finance, particularly in a general context. Subsequently, in the same year, they returned to Esade to pursue a Master's degree in Business and Strategy, which they successfully completed in 2010. This particular program allowed him to further develop their skills and understanding in the field of Business.

Rodrigo Hervás Santa-Cruz's educational journey included an undergraduate degree, an international exchange program, and a Master's degree, all of which contributed to their expertise in Business Administration, Finance, and Strategy.
