Joining the team in 2021, Dustin is REN-ISAC’s IT User Support Specialist. He brings a broad knowledge and expertise in user support from his years as an IT User Support Technician in the Indiana University UITS Support Center (2017-2021). In addition to his studies in informatics at Indiana University, Dustin has CompTIA A+ certification and is currently working on his Network+ and Security+ certifications.
