Gerard van Beijsterveld is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in analogue and power electronics, particularly for LED lighting applications, as demonstrated during tenure at Rena Electronica B.V. since June 2016 as a Hardware Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer. Previous roles include Facility Engineer at Grass Valley Breda, where Gerard contributed to the development of an anechoic chamber, and Camera Architect at Grass Valley, focusing on hardware design for broadcast cameras. Prior experience encompasses positions as Senior Electronic Engineer at Philips Digital Video Systems, Electronic Engineer at BTS, and various engineering roles at Philips, emphasizing a strong background in electronics and measurement technology. Education includes an engineering degree in Electronics from HBO University and studies at Eindhoven University of Technology.
