RENACER is a 501 c (3) public interest nonprofit corporation incorporated in California. The main officers are Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder Douglas Lezameta, and Vice Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder, Treasurer and Director of Research Hernan Vargas.  
THE MISSION
RENACER’S mission is to create Value for All, Forever, using an innovative outcome-oriented model based on sustainable, “green” business practices to create significant economic and social development opportunities for Hispanics, other minorities and disadvantaged groups by means of training and access to best financial, environmental and socially responsible, community-oriented business practices, access to capital and access to connections, leveraging on the existing infrastructure of Latino and other minorities’ organizations, which will also be strengthened.
