Ryan Nichols

Ryan Nichols is an accomplished product management executive with extensive experience in leading product strategy and integrations across multiple firms, including Renaissance and Reveal. As Vice President of Product Management at Renaissance since March 2025, Ryan has successfully guided the integration of numerous product offerings post-M&A, orchestrated significant platform migrations, and implemented advanced AI solutions to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include VP of Product Review and Process at Reveal, where Ryan oversaw rapid team expansion and the adoption of key data insight platforms, and Director of Customer Success, responsible for building a robust customer success department. Earlier experience includes product management at ayfie Group and significant leadership roles at Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions, where Ryan was integral to successful software transitions and customer acquisition strategies. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown and a BA in History from Northern Arizona University.
