The leadership team at Renaissance has a long and varied history in the insurance industry. Members of the team have worked as marketing managers, sales executives, and actuaries for companies like Delta Dental, Campbell Ewald, and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. They have also held positions in finance and accounting, product development, and underwriting. In addition to their work in the insurance industry, members of the team have also studied mathematics, economics, history, and business at universities like Michigan State University, Knox College, Indiana University Bloomington, and Northwestern University.
