Elena Grishina

Elena Grishina was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2013 and is responsible for all the Firm’s global finance functions, as well as investor relations and internal audit. Mrs Grishina joined Renaissance Capital in 2006 as Finance Director.

Prior to joining the Firm she worked at EY for four years as Finance Director. She also held various positions in finance at Arthur Andersen in 1994-2002, until its merger with EY in 2002. Mrs. Grishina is a Dip IoD and holds a degree in Finance Management from the Russian State Humanitarian University.
