Kyla Fletcher

Kyla Fletcher is a Physical Education Fitness Teacher and Head Women Basketball Coach at Innovation Charter High School, where Kyla led the team to victory as the 2023 CSSA City and State Champions. Kyla also serves as an Educational Athletic Specialist at Henry Street Settlement, focusing on guiding and mentoring young student-athletes. Additionally, Kyla is the owner of Fletch&Co. LLC, specializing in 3D printing, custom rugs, and custom tables. Kyla's educational background includes a Master's degree in Athletic Administration and Coaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Their diverse experience ranges from working as a Mobile Expert at T-Mobile to being an Afterschool Counselor at Kids in the Game.
