Carly Frala

Carly Frala, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Carly is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Renaissance Financial, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Recruiting at the same company from August 2019 to February 2023.
