Diego Cammarano, MBA

Diego Cammarano, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Diego currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Renaissance Fusion since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Project Officer at the same company from March 2021 to December 2021.

Between 2017 and 2019, Diego worked at IBA, starting as a Field Service Engineer from July 2017 to June 2018. Diego then became an Installation Site Technical Leader from June 2018 to January 2019 and later an Operations Site Technical Leader from February 2019 to December 2019.

Prior to that, in 2020, they completed the Global Network for Advanced Management program at IE Business School, focusing on the topic "Beyond the New Normal: Europe at a Crossroads."

Diego's engineering background includes a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also completed the Nuclear Safeguards and Non Proliferation Course at the Joint Research Centre.

Diego holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Génie industriel) from CentraleSupélec, which they earned from 2010 to 2013. Diego also pursued additional training in site safety supervision through the Site Safety Supervisor Training Scheme (SSSTS) at Health, Life and Safety Ltd in 2018.

Diego's undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Diego acquired a solid scientific foundation during their high school years at Liceo Scientifico Statale Vittorio Veneto, where they obtained their Maturità Scientifica in 2008.

Diego also completed various engineering project management specializations on Coursera in October 2020, covering topics such as risk management, quality management, team management, procurement, scope management, time management, and cost management. Diego gained proficiency in Bloomberg Market Concepts through training provided by Bloomberg LP in September 2020.

Diego further enhanced their skills by completing an advanced English course at Twin English Centre, Eastbourne in 2011, and obtaining a first aider certification from Area North, Gateshead in 2018.
