Bhavik Jhaveri

Bhavik Jhaveri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bhavik currently holds the position of Vice President of Merchandising at Renaissance Global Ltd since April 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the VP International Business Development (Brands) and Head of Merchandising - D2C at Verigold Jewelry from September 2018 to January 2023.

In 2010, Bhavik founded their own jewelry manufacturing and wholesaling company called B. J. Jewels Ltd, where they acted as the Director. Bhavik established an integrated supply chain, formed strategic partnerships with manufacturers, and ensured competitive pricing and favorable tenors.

Before that, Bhavik worked as a Senior Consultant at Aspire Designs Ltd from September 2015 to December 2016, where they focused on brand development, strategic consulting, and new business development in the fine jewelry sector.

In their career, Bhavik also co-founded a software consulting and solutions company called Datavision Limited, where they served as the Chairman/Director from August 2005 to December 2008. Bhavik provided strong leadership and motivation to both local and off-shore teams and formulated strategies to meet the company's vision.

Additionally, they worked as the MIS Director at J. B. Group (HK) from August 2004 to May 2005, where they managed the implementation of technology and security infrastructure for the conglomerate and integrated branch offices onto a single management system.

Earlier in their career, Bhavik held positions at St. Mary's University, where they served as the Director of Systems Administration from August 2001 to June 2004 and as a Software Developer from August 2000 to July 2001. Bhavik was responsible for promoting the usage of the Blackboard course management system and automated various internal systems.

Their career began as a Software Engineer at Karta Technologies from August 1998 to March 1999, where they played a crucial role in developing software for Y2K compliance in hospitals and created a database system to maintain records of hospital equipment and their compliance.

Throughout their career, Bhavik Jhaveri has demonstrated expertise in merchandising, international business development, brand development, strategic consulting, and software development.

Bhavik Jhaveri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from St. Mary's University between 1994 and 1998. Bhavik then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university from 1999 to 2001.
