Pankaj Murarka

Pankaj Murarka is the CEO and CIO of Renaissance Investment Managers Private Limited, a position held since January 2017, and serves as Managing Partner at Alpha Renaissance, which focuses on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns through investments in publicly listed Indian companies. Previously, Pankaj acted as Head of Equities at Axis Asset Management Co from 2009 to 2016 and was an India Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2009. Additional experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager at Rare Enterprises (2004-2006) and UTI Mutual Fund (1997-2003), and Vice President at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (2003-2004). Pankaj holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from P D Lions College.
