Caroline Marandino

Senior Director Professional Learning at Renaissance Learning

Caroline Marandino has an extensive background in education and customer success roles. Caroline began their career in 2004 as a Teacher in the New York City Public Schools. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Elementary School Teacher at The Learning Community Charter School from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they also served as a Reading Specialist. From 2008 to 2011, Caroline continued their work as a Reading Specialist at The Learning Community Charter School before moving to The Haverford School as a Reading Specialist in 2011. In 2012, they became a Literacy Specialist at the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township. Caroline then joined myON in 2014, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2017, at which point they became an Educational Consultant until 2018. Most recently, Caroline worked at Renaissance Learning, first as a Regional Manager, Customer Success from July to November 2018, then as a Director of Customer Success from November 2018 to January 2020, and finally as a Senior Director of Professional Learning from January 2020 onwards.

Caroline Marandino holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Brown University. Caroline also has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Butler University, and a Master's degree in Reading from Wheelock College. Caroline obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, they attended Phillips Academy for an unspecified degree, and studied Project Management at Cornell University.
