Frank Crow has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Frank started their career at Conney Safety Products, working as a Sales Manager in Business Development from February 2013 to October 2014. Frank then progressed to become a Senior Sales Manager at the same company, where they developed and executed national market penetration strategies, managed customer relationships, and led a team of 16 executives.

In 2015, Frank joined Renaissance Learning as a Sales Manager, where they managed, developed, and coached account executives in the educational technology space. Frank achieved sales goals, built strong customer relationships, and ensured customer satisfaction objectives were met. Frank then progressed to the role of Regional Sales Director, where they provided leadership, direction, and strategy to a specific sales function.
