Kerrie Jones has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. Kerrie began their career at Covance in 1995, where they served as a Manager of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and Compensation Specialist. Kerrie played a key role in the startup of a new laboratory and was involved in a global compensation project. In 2003, Kerrie became an Associate Director of Recruiting, leading the establishment of a centralized recruiting organization and achieving significant cost savings through process improvements. Kerrie later advanced to Vice President/ Director of Human Resources and Business Partner, where they partnered with c-suite executives to develop HR strategies and achieved $22 million in cost savings through downsizing and site rationalization. In 2014, Kerrie joined Renaissance Learning as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Business Partner, responsible for leadership development and HR business partner support. Kerrie currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Renaissance Learning, overseeing talent strategies and leadership development programs.
Kerrie Jones holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kerrie also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the same university. In addition, Kerrie has certifications in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems.
