Michelle Pleet has over three decades of experience in employee benefits management, currently serving as the Sr. Benefit Manager at Renaissance Learning since October 2010. In this role, Michelle oversees the development and maintenance of a comprehensive range of benefit programs, ensuring accuracy in plan agreements and contracts. Previous positions include Benefit Manager, Sr. Benefits Analyst, Project Coordinator, and HR Assistant at Renaissance Learning, as well as benefits roles at NewPage Corporation, Stora Enso, and Consolidated Papers, Inc. Michelle's expertise encompasses evaluating benefit programs, managing pension systems, and resolving employee benefit inquiries. Michelle holds certificates from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and a microcomputer specialist certificate from MidState Technical College.
