Sarah Hanson

Sarah Hanson is a professional with extensive experience in education and customer success. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Manager at Renaissance Learning since September 2022, Sarah designs training curriculums and develops e-content to enhance product training. Prior roles include Executive Customer Success Manager and Strategic Account Manager at Illuminate Education, where Sarah led client engagement and defined processes to improve customer experiences. At ISD 728, Sarah coordinated intervention programs and managed a significant state grant while serving as a Data and Support Specialist. With a background in teaching high school and college mathematics, Sarah has also contributed to professional development training at MasteryConnect. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Hamline University, a Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of North Dakota, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
