Neville Uditha Weerasinghe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian work, tourism, journalism, and project management. As a Co-Founder of Renaissance Sri Lanka since January 2021, Neville has contributed to international humanitarian initiatives. In parallel, Neville co-founded Silaa Cabana, a tourist hotel in Trincomalee, in January 2016. Since 2005, Neville has worked as a freelance journalist and documentary filmmaker, producing numerous promotional and documentary videos, including projects for GIZ. Roles as Project Manager for the SCRIT NET new media art project and Project Director for a GIZ-funded history project further showcase Neville's leadership capabilities. Neville began a career in journalism as an Editorial Board Member at Hiru from January 1997 to February 2005.
