Andrew VanSciver Helme

Andrew VanSciver Helme has worked in the technology industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator for The Jefferson Awards, where they were responsible for data migration, developing strategies to handle data discrepancies, and selecting Experian QAS to verify and clean up exported data. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant Business Owner for CharlieBrownSEO, where they addressed strategic business problems and recommended solutions by interacting with peers, managers, and developers. From 2017 to present, they have been working as the VP of Systems and Director of CRM for Renaissance, where they are responsible for a 33 and growing user-base and liaising with all Business Units and cross-functional teams to provide Salesforce; including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force. com platform support.

Andrew VanSciver Helme graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2011 with a degree in Media and Society, specializing in Information Technology. In November 2016, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
