Nicole Volek

Nicole Volek currently serves as the AVP of Financial Reporting at RenaissanceRe, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Validus Reinsurance, Ltd. for nearly four years, advancing from Assistant Manager to Manager of Financial Reporting. Nicole's career began at EY, where responsibilities included Audit Manager and Senior Accountant from September 2013 to February 2020. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta, earned between 2009 and 2013.
