Sean Brosnan

Sean Brosnan is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at RenaissanceRe. Sean has been with the company for 17 years and 9 months, and has held various positions during that time including Managing Director Investments and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Reinsurance of Europe. Prior to their time at RenaissanceRe, Sean was the Head of Portfolio Construction at Irish Life Investment Managers for 4 years and 5 months. Sean is a highly accomplished investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Sean is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Sean Brosnan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University College Dublin, a Master of Finance from University College Dublin, and a degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin. Sean is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS (ACCA).
