Matthew Pinguey is a skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed at RENAKER since May 2023. Matthew previously held roles as an Estimator at MPB STRUCTURES and a Quantity Surveyor at JRL Group Ltd, where responsibilities included preparing monthly CVR reports, procurement of subcontractors, assessing works, and submitting payment applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quantity Surveyor at Northfield Construction Ltd., where Matthew was involved in cash flow forecasts and tender pricing, and a trainee position at Waitings, where foundational skills in measurement and pricing were developed. Matthew holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2013.
