RENAKER
Shania M. is an experienced construction manager currently working at RENAKER since August 2018, following a progression from Apprentice Construction Manager. Prior to this, Shania had roles at Aldi UK as a Store Assistant, at Laing O'Rourke as a Work Placement Apprentice in Engineering and Construction Management, and at Bounce Central UK in various customer-facing positions. Shania contributed to the redevelopment of Manchester Airport's Terminal 3 with MAG and gained early exposure to civil engineering practices while shadowing professionals at Transport for Greater Manchester. Shania is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management at The University of Salford, building on a previous HNC in Construction Management.
