Hanjie Zhang

Director of Biostatistics & Applied AI&Machine Learning at Renal Research Institute

Hanjie joined RRI in 2014. She received a master’s degree in statistics from Columbia University, New York, and a PhD in medical science from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands. Hanjie has been involved in the design of several large cluster-randomized clinical trials and complex statistical analyses in collaboration with the Medical Office, FMCNA. She is involved in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise solutions across the artificial intelligence spectrum, such as advanced analytics, machine learning, and deep learning in collaboration with FMC stakeholders in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. During her tenure with RRI, Hanjie has authored over 20 research articles in leading kidney journals.
