Chelsi Blackmon

Chelsi Blackmon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chelsi started their career at Cottonwood Financial in 2016, where they worked as an Operations Team Member and later as an Area Manager until 2018. Following that, Chelsi joined Parker and Lynch as an Executive Recruiter from 2018 to 2020, where they handled recruitment for various positions in accounting and finance. Currently, Chelsi is working at Renalogic as the Director of HR, where they are responsible for managing internal recruiting processes, supporting employee onboarding, and developing training plans.
