Bo Baxter

Bo Baxter has a diverse work experience in the financial and legal sectors. Bo started their career as an Examiner with the State of Mississippi in 2006 and served in that role until 2010. In 2013, they worked as an Attorney at Balch & Bingham LLP before joining First Bank (MS) as the General Counsel & Vice President of Compliance in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to Renasant Bank, where they held various executive positions, including Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Risk Management, and currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and EVP.

Bo Baxter attended Murray State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business. Bo later pursued further education at Mississippi College School of Law from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. In addition to their formal education, Bo Baxter also holds certifications in CAMS from ACAMS and CCBCO from ICBA, although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are unavailable.
