Megan Prather

Megan Prather has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Megan is currently working at Renasant Bank as a Human Resources Manager, VP. Prior to this, they worked at Titan Brands as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where they handled various HR duties and gained experience in hiring practices, benefits administration, employee management, training curriculum implementation, and events planning. Megan also took on additional roles as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for the Executive team. Before Titan Brands, Megan worked at Renasant Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager Trainee, where they were involved in sales, operations, personnel management, and customer service. Megan started their career at ESPN as an SEC Network Crew Member/Stage Manager, where they managed guest announcers during athletic events and handled broadcast equipment.

Megan Prather obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Emphasis from the University of Mississippi. Megan attended the university from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Tupelo Christian Preparatory School from 2007 to 2011, where they graduated as the Valedictorian. Additionally, Megan obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in May 2017.
