Troy Carmichael

Troy Carmichael is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in the fields of enterprise data management, business consulting, project management, and sales strategy. Troy has held positions at Renasant Bank, where they served as the Director & Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Management, overseeing the implementation and management of data solutions across the organization. Prior to that, they owned and operated their own business consulting company, The Cymbrogi LLC, where they provided insights and guidance on data management and strategies to companies in California and Alabama. Troy also has experience as the Senior Vice President and Head of the PMO at Sterne Agee, where they led the delivery of strategic corporate projects. Additionally, Carmichael has experience in project management and acquisitions as the Vice President at Cool Earth Solar and as the Owner, Consultant, Project Manager, and Application Developer at DanCar, Inc. Troy began their career at Charles Schwab as the Managing Director of Sales Strategy & Integration, where they led a team in implementing technology solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs. Troy Carmichael earned an MBA in Executive MBA from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they received their BA in History from Auburn University, attending from 1987 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Troy is currently pursuing a Banking School certification from the Alabama Bankers Association, which is set to be obtained in October 2023. Furthermore, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2004.
