M.D. Rakibur Rahman

Md. Rakibur Rahman currently serves in the Distribution Ops Excellence role at Renata PLC, starting in November 2024. Prior to this, Rakibur worked at Daraz from May 2017 to October 2024, progressing from HUB Supervisor to Assistant Manager - Ops Excellence. During tenure at Daraz, Rakibur spearheaded 14 projects aimed at optimizing operational costs while maintaining quality, introduced innovative concepts across the organization, managed 84 Last-Mile Hubs, launched various operational improvements including the Workforce Management Portal, and successfully transformed a small team into a high-performing unit, increasing delivery success rates significantly. Rakibur holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from ASA University Bangladesh, earned between 2013 and 2017.
