Emily also has experience working in a social service organization. Emily worked as a Case Worker and Fundraising Events Coordinator at the Chinese Information and Advice Center from September 2015 to November 2015.

In addition, Emily worked as a Research Assistant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in June 2015.
