Aurélie Bastien has extensive work experience in UX strategy and design. Aurélie has worked as a Chapter Lead UX Strategy at Renault Digital since March 2022, where they focus on supporting Renault's digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of UX projects. Prior to this, they were a UX Chapter Lead at Renault Digital from January 2020 to April 2022, where they played an active role in promoting the UX discipline and its methodologies within the organization. Aurélie also led a team of UX Designers to improve their delivery and skills. Before joining Renault, Aurélie worked as a Senior UX Designer at Wide Agency, Groupe Micropole from April 2015 to October 2019. Aurélie began their career as a Consultant Ergonomist and UX Designer at Groupe Jouve from January 2009 to March 2015, where they were involved in the design of websites and applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant Ergonomist at Nealite from September 2007 to December 2008, focusing on analyzing user needs and conducting ergonomic audits. Aurélie also worked as an Ergonomist at Business Lab from January 2007 to August 2007, where they provided expertise in website ergonomics and participated in site redesign projects. Aurélie started their career at INSERM U483 in January 2001 as an Ergonomist focused on the research and development of computer games for blind and visually impaired children.
Aurélie Bastien has a Certification as a Sprint Master from Le Laptop in 2019. In 2000, they completed their DEA degree in Conception de produit et Innovation from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Prior to that, in 1999, they obtained an MST degree in Ergonomie from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). In addition, they are currently pursuing a certification in UX - PM 3 - Leadership de l'UX from UXalliance, which will be obtained in 2023.
